"Day One Renovations just recently refurbished our house we were selling. Greg came and met with us and told us plainly what had to be done to sell it quickly and not have it sitting on market. He had a lot of ideas and we took most of them and ran with it..I'm glad we trusted him, as the house sold to the very first person looking. They are very thorough and a lot of the things we ended up doing were the things the new buyer bought the house for. They were recommended by our good friends John and Nancy, that had Day One flip their house."

"Positives: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value. Day One removed our wrap around Victorian porch from the 1800's. All the main beams etc had to be replaced, as well as the cross overs. They installed mahogany flooring that they sanded and stained, and now it looks better than the hard wood floors inside house. They also made all the lattice work from mahogany also. We could not ask for a better job and everyone comments on the new stained flooring."

"Greg and his workers did a real nice job gutting and re-making our bathroom into a beautiful place. They were always courteous and explained all the steps along the way. It was a nice experience and we will definitely have them back when we do our Kitchen and laundry room in the summer.. It's nice to have a contractor keep their word and not find issues or problems later on."
